Can I do it without Phentermine?

So I got up this morning to prepare my weekly packs of pills, only to realize that I left the doctor’s office yesterday without my weekly supply of Phentermine! Big oops! Now i’ll have to call there and hope they don’t think I’m trying to pull a fast one and double up on the doses … can I stick to my diet and keep up the energy on my own until I can make it out there tomorrow to pick up the pills?
